Job description: Roles and Responsibilities : > Develop and implement monthly, weekly, and daily production plans. > Ensure optimal resource allocation (manpower, machines, materials). > Monitor production output to meet volume, quality, and delivery targets. > Lead and mentor production engineers, supervisors, and operators. > Ensure adequate training and skill development. > Collaborate with QA/QC for root cause analysis and corrective actions. > Implement lean tools (5S, Kaizen, TPM, SMED, Poka-Yoke). > Identify and eliminate bottlenecks and non-value-adding activities. Qualification : > Education - B.E./B.Tech Or M.E in Mechanical Engineering. > Experience - 20+ years in production management in the auto component sector. > Should have Knowledge in quality systems, tools and techniques > Should have Knowledge in JIT Products. > Should have experience in handling large teams.
