Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: A Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required. Advanced degrees or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are advantageous.
  • Experience: Generally, 3 to 5 years of experience in HR roles, including employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance management, is necessary.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships and influencing stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform HR strategies and decisions.
  • Problem-Solving: Proficient in resolving complex employee relations issues and providing strategic HR guidance.
