About The RoleWe are looking for a dynamic Business Development professional with experience in the US Healthcare Payer market to drive growth and partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payer operations, healthcare technology, and business acquisition within the healthcare ecosystem.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the US Payer segment (Health Plans, TPAs, Managed Care Organizations).- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including CXOs and procurement teams.- Develop go-to-market strategies and sales plans aligned with organizational goals.- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.- Present company capabilities, products, and solutions to prospective clients.- Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, solutioning, and product) to develop customized proposals.- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth in the healthcare payer vertical.- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field.- 3–6 years of proven experience in business development or sales in the US healthcare payer domain.- Strong understanding of payer systems, claims processing, care management, and population health.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
