Position : Director of Sales
Indexnine is a fast paced specialist technology service firm with a growing
reputation for designing, building and testing software products for some
of the most successful born- digital businesses in the US and India.

Role Objective:
To drive revenue growth by leveraging both inbound and outbound sales
strategies, utilizing internal and external leads, and focusing on selling
product engineering services to small and midsize companies. The goal is
to effectively address client needs with tailored solutions, enhancing their
operational efficiency and fostering long-term business relationships.
The role also involves strategizing and implementing sales processes and
performance measurement systems that align with our company vision
and mission. Candidates should be hands-on in building and scaling sales
operations to drive revenue growth and expand the company market
presence.
Must-Have Qualifications & Aptitude:
● 8+ years of experience in sales, sales operations, sales
effectiveness in the technology services field.
● Sales experience in a product engineering service setup, ideally
selling to small and mid-size tech startups.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of
fostering strong relationships with team members, clients, and
partners in the US, UK and India.
● Understanding of the differences between product engineering and
traditional IT services, and experience in selling based on this
difference.
Good-to-Have Qualifications & Aptitude:
● Network of potential leads and partners.
● Experience with inside sales, sales ops/sales effectiveness functions
● Handled partnership programs
Responsibilities :
● Drive end-to-end sales by leveraging both inbound and outbound
leads.
● Utilize internal and external networks to generate potential leads.
● Follow through with leads generated across all channels to ensure
successful outcomes.
● Maintain data accuracy and sustain deal momentum.
● Coordinate and Manage internal stakeholders for driving sales
strategies.
● Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with
the company’s vision and mission, focusing on market expansion
and revenue growth.
● Manage CRM software and sales performance tools
● Oversee the sales process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness,
incorporating best practices and innovative tools as needed.
● Regularly report on sales activities and progress towards company
goals to the Board.
