Analyze marketplace data, sales trends, and competitive pricing to inform strategic decisions and improve sales performance.-

Continuously monitor reviews and address any customer service issues that arise on the marketplace platforms, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.-

Monitor marketplace policies and regulations to ensure compliance.-

Implement effective SEO and platform ad strategies to increase product visibility and rankings on marketplace platforms.-

Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful product content and promotional campaigns.-

Knowledge about Product Listing, Cataloguing, variation creation, listing health monitoring, continuous search ranking improvement, problem resolution, Listing enhancement, Product Pricing, Sales Events.Experience:-

1+ years of experience managing online marketplaces for a D2C brand.-

Experience with Health & Wellness is a big Bonus-

Proficient in marketplace selling platforms such as Nykaa, Blinkit, Big Basket etc,-

Strong understanding of SEO and data analysis.-

Exceptional communication and customer service skills.-
