Work with outside headhunters and staffing agencies to identify new talent. Look for people who might be good for the job on websites where you can find job listings. Then, reach out to those candidates directly to see if they're interested. Interview potential candidates respective to the client requirement. Maintaining good relationship with the potential candidates for further job opportunities. Writing emails, cold calling, scheduling interviews and following up with candidates in timely manner. maintain a track of work done on daily basis Having a positive approach towards work and the responsibilities assigned.
