TECHNICAL ANALYSTWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of business processes. As a Technical Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing technical solutions that align with business objectives. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver innovative solutions that enhance system performance and overall business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Analysis & Solution Design-Work closely with business and technical teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.-Analyze complex data and business processes to identify opportunities for system improvement or automation.-Design and document technical solutions that meet business needs and align with industry best practices.

System Integration & Optimization-Support the integration of new systems or technologies into existing IT environments.-Monitor system performance and suggest optimizations to improve efficiency and scalability.-Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to system integration or performance.

Data Analysis & Reporting-Perform detailed data analysis to extract insights and provide actionable recommendations.-Prepare and deliver reports to stakeholders with key technical metrics, trends, and performance insights.-Use data visualization tools to communicate findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

Testing & Quality Assurance-Develop and execute testing plans to ensure technical solutions meet defined requirements and quality standards.-Identify issues and work with development teams to address any defects or areas for improvement.

Documentation & Training-Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including system diagrams, flowcharts, and user guides.-Provide training and support to users or technical teams on newly implemented systems or processes.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation-Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.-Proactively recommend improvements to systems, tools, and processes to enhance business operations.
Qualifications:Education:-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:-Minimum of 0-4years of experience as a Technical Analyst or in a similar role.-Proven experience in analyzing and designing technical solutions for complex business problems.-Familiarity with business analysis, systems integration, and data analysis techniques.
Skills & Competencies:-Understanding the Event Schemas and Scripting-Designing solutions using GTM configurations for various environments-Creating database schemas as per business requirements-Create technical specifications and test plans-Development within any frameworks/platforms as used by the customer's -website platform for implementing tracking components.-Understand and implement the various scripts and code which can work with different Analytics Tools-Understand the connection of GCP with GA 360 and its working-Integrate existing software products and get various platforms to work together-Configure alerts on top of tracking to monitor & correct the same-Building reusable, optimized, scalable, secure code and libraries for future use-Initiate new research tasks which enable the analyst at Tatvic or Client to leverage to improve the business KPIs.
