The Role We are seeking a highly analytical, strategic, and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid media efforts. This role is for a true expert with a deep, hands-on understanding of Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, specifically within the B2B technology sector. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of our paid campaigns—from strategic planning and budget allocation to execution, in-depth analysis, and optimization. You will leverage your expertise in HubSpot to ensure flawless lead attribution and conversion tracking, providing a clear view of the entire marketing funnel from click to closed-won. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty, meticulously managing high-budget programs to drive pipeline and revenue. Key Responsibilities Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, execute, and continuously optimize high-budget, complex paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube) and LinkedIn Ads (Sponsored Content, InMail, Conversation Ads). Design and implement full-funnel strategies tailored for B2B technology brands, focusing on generating high-quality Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs). Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies and identify new opportunities. Conversion Tracking & Lead Attribution: Take ownership of the technical setup for conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and native platform pixels. Utilize HubSpot to implement and manage end-to-end lead attribution models, connecting ad spend directly to pipeline and revenue. Ensure data integrity between advertising platforms and HubSpot CRM for accurate reporting on key metrics like Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). Analysis, Reporting & Optimization: Perform rigorous, data-driven analysis of campaign performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Develop detailed reports and dashboards in Looker Studio (Google Data Studio) and HubSpot to communicate performance, insights, and actionable recommendations to stakeholders. Conduct constant A/B testing of ad copy, creative, landing pages, and audience targeting to drive incremental improvements. Manage and forecast large-scale annual budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI. Collaboration: Work closely with content, design, and sales teams to ensure a cohesive marketing message and a seamless user journey from ad click to sales conversion. Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership on best practices in performance marketing for the B2B tech landscape. Required: 7+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing large-scale, high-budget ($50k+/month) advertising programs. Demonstrable, deep expertise in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, specifically for B2B technology or SaaS companies. Hands-on proficiency with HubSpot is essential. You must have direct experience using HubSpot for conversion tracking, building attribution reports, and analyzing the full marketing funnel. Exceptional analytical skills with a mastery of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools like Looker Studio. A highly strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights and detailed marketing plans. Meticulous attention to detail and outstanding project management skills. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies and results to both technical and non-technical audiences. Added Advantage (Preferred): Experience working in a fast-paced marketing agency environment, managing multiple client accounts. Google Ads and HubSpot certifications. Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase). Familiarity with other ad platforms such as Meta, X (Twitter), or Reddit.
