Business Development Manager (Domestic IT Staffing)
We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Business Development Executive/Manager to join our Domestic IT staffing agency . As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, acquiring new clients, and building strategic partnerships. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success and expansion of our agency in the highly competitive recruitment industry.
This individual's sole responsibility is to drive customer acquisition and expansion, focusing on both business expansion as well as managing, leading, and working effectively with the delivery team
Develop new client accounts (Direct / Tier 1 Partners), should be able to identify/target potential Vendors for IT staffing business in India, and get contract Staffing Requirements and close positions.
Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing and new clients.
Well-versed with Indian Recruitment life cycle and Staffing.
Set up meetings between client decision-makers and the company's practice leaders/Principals.
Develop and sustain effective new business relationships with accounts/clients and independently, handle staffing business & manage the team...
Be conversant with the current advancements in technology and its usage from a business perspective.
Should be able to handle the entire Business Development IT/ Account Management functions.
Build long-term relationships with direct clients and system integrators by meeting their consulting resource needs and contributing to their growth plan approaches and pitches.
Work with the team to develop proposals that speak to the client's needs concerns, and objectives.
Understand the issues and challenges faced by the client executives and provide high-level consulting to them, so they can see the value in collaborating with us.
Closely track competition and market developments and define tactics, Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Required Experience
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT staffing business development in the Indian Market.
Must have prior relationships with Tier-1 Partners / End Clients with a consistent track record of placements with them
Aggressive and Target oriented with the ability to work in a high-pressure environment, multi-tasking, and self-motivated.
Should be able to work Independently work - end to end in pursuing placements/revenue targets.
Expert-level technical recruitment skills. Sharp, articulate, and energetic with a CAN-DO attitude. Power-user MS Office and related products.
Strong sense of urgency, resilience, and desire to achieve this at a high level.
