Payroll Managements- Complete Lifecycle Management
Knowledge of SAP Success Factors Software, Payroll Software functioning & Coordination with IT & Payroll Software representatives for resolution of technical issues.
Employee Grievance related to Payroll, Leave & Attendance, OT, Bonus, canteen, medical insurance & other deductions etc.
Income Tax Management- Calculation, Investment & Returns etc.
Preparation of Salary with cross verification & validation.
Creation & Submission of ESI & EPF Challan
Statutory Compliance Management- Maintain all Statutory Records
