Strategic

• Relocation & Development of Product and Moulds.

• Monitoring Product Life Cycle

• Prepare cost calculation of new articles and analyse ROI.

• Implement the article data in ERP.

• Prepare PFMEA & VSM.

• Implement all processes to agreed standards and targets and support continuous improvement initiatives and identify areas of improvements.

• Plan, Develop, Implement & Evaluate the production process of new items to have minimal rejection and cycle time.

• Evaluation & implementation of production process in reduction of cycle time of product through existing (Lean principal) & new technologies




Operational

Preparation of first assembly batches for new assembly lines.

Maintaining Product Data Folder

Involve in start-up of production for New & relocation projects.

Plan and achieve the BiTE activities as per planned schedule.

To work in coordination with Production, tool shop and MBD in case of any new development or relocation of any articles or machines.

To engage and guide the Team in generating continuous improvement ideas.

Ensure the Implementation and maintaining work instructions required for high quality output by shop floor team.

Work with Production Engineering to make required jigs and fixtures.

Preparation of Assembly instruction in Local language with Production Engineer

Review internal operational facility layouts for process improvement.

Cross functional audit of shopfloor.


Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office & Baan, OSM


Qualification (Professional): AutoCAD, 6 S Method, 7 Quality Control Tools, Methods Time Measurement (MTM), VSM.
