(be goal-oriented)Consolidate, analyse and review operating & financial results to ensure high quality insight that supports decision makingFinancial modelling and valuation for strategic projectsCollect and analyze sell-side estimates, maintain the consensus model, and work with reporting entities (e.g., CapIQ, Bloomberg, etc.) to ensure accurate consensus.Maintaining and calculating essential data used in IR reporting (performance, AUM, investor statistics)Industry Analysis : Monitor and analyse market trends and the performance of peer companies. Maintain a database of competitor financial information for comparative analysis.
(stay curious)Monitor analyst research reports and news flow about the company, its competitors, and the broader industry; synthesize key takeaways for management.In addition, you’d be expected to:Articulate your thoughts
for communicating industry insights and themes to stakeholdersBe an out-of-the-box thinker
as you come up with new and more efficient ways to conduct research by leveraging technologyBe highly detail oriented
as you ensure seamless end-to-end delivery of projects ensuring high quality and ethical standardsBe a self-starter
and comfortable working with a virtual team (clients, stakeholders and team members are across the globe)Skill Set:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration; CFA or MBA (Finance) is a plus16 – 24 months of experience in financial analysis, investor relations, or related fieldStrong understanding of financial statements, metrics, and financial modelingExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPointPersonal attributes:Good analytical, numerical, and logical problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
