We are seeking a proficient and detail-oriented Investment Risk Analyst with in-depth knowledge of investments and financial markets. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in financial market terminology and possess a strong background in risk analysis. This role entails a key focus on automation, encompassing the creation of regular monthly and weekly reports. The Investment Risk Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely reporting to support informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize expertise in investments and financial markets to assess risk factors associated with investment portfolios. Develop and maintain automated reporting systems for Daily, Monthly and Weekly risk assessments. Ensuring regular delivery of various reports to stakeholders on timely basis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data for reporting purposes. Create comprehensive and visually informative dashboards to present risk metrics and insights by using visualization tools like Tableau. Employ VBA programming, Python, Excel, and other relevant tools to enhance reporting efficiency and automation. Ensure ETL process run smoothly to support Investment risk evaluation. Provide actionable recommendations based on risk analysis to optimize investment strategies. Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging automation technologies.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's/master's degree in finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. MBA, CFA, FRM preferred. Proven experience as an Investment Risk Analyst or similar role in the financial markets. Thorough understanding of investment products, financial market terminology, and risk management concepts. Proficiency in automation tools like VBA Programming, Python, Excel and in visualization tools like Tableau. Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to manipulate and analyze complex datasets. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication skills to convey risk analysis findings to diverse audiences. Attention to detail and the ability to meet tight reporting deadlines. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as within a team environment.
