About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) with 6 to 8 years of experience to design, build, and implement applications using Pega PRPC. The ideal candidate will have a understanding of object-oriented programming and experience in developing high-quality applications that meet business needs.

ResponsibilitiesDesign and build components of enterprise applications and provide consultative guidance on all project assignments.Work closely with other team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.Act as the technical liaison between the technical team and business partners to ensure alignment with business needs and goals.Create and maintain technical documentation to guide system users and assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of the system.Help with technical guidance to junior team members.Identify and resolve performance and system issues.

Required SkillsExperience: 6 years+ of experience in application development with at least 6 years in Pega PRPC.Certification: Pega CSSA certification is mandatory.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Pega PRPC concepts, object-oriented programming, Constellation and DX-API, and experience with Pega V23 or V24.Good to have - CICD, Open Shift, Containerization, Bitbucket, Harness, Service NowSoft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
