Experience Range: 4 - 10 Years

Job Purpose and primary objectives:Pega Senior Designer should be able to design ECS/datamodel, work on Pega development/support, address any technical issues and mentor the teamKey responsibilities

(please specify if the position is an individual one or part of a team):Participates in the design, development and implementation of complex applicationsManage technical implementation tasks along with peers, to ensure work is delivered on-time and on-budgetConsistently demonstrate your knowledge of industry standard project delivery frameworks including Agile, Waterfall and ScrumEffectively troubleshoot technical issues as they arise during the project lifecycleDemonstrate technical knowledge by mentoring junior team members on on-going basisShould be able to collaborate with developers located in different locations on daily basis.Identify and develop the reusable component.Follow PEGA PRPC best practices and guidelinesPerform regular code and design reviews.Ability to come up with alternate solutions when product challenges are metManages code build and deployment from development through to production.Demonstrates strong communication and presentation skills.Key Skills/Knowledge:Certified LSA and Experience in Pega Implementation Methodology and Agile developmentKnowledge of IT standards, methodologies, system development life cycle and project management frameworksArchitecting and designing business applications using PEGA PRPC, case management, knowledge management and guides the project teams to develop highly performing and highly integrated PEGA based solutionsDeep understanding of Design Patterns and Class Structure conceptsCTI IntegrationPega agent DesktopChatbotGood knowledge on PRPC Flows, Activities, Reports and CorrespondencePRPC Integrations (Inbound and Outbound Integration via Web Services, Middleware and other interfaces)Knowledge on PEGA Robotics and Infinity will be an added advantageGood Communication skillsKnowledge on Postgre DBGood Knowledge on Pega UI kit, Theme cosmos and React for UI development.Experience required:Hands on Experience in Designing and Implementing Enterprise Class Rules and Complex WorkflowsExperience in various rules and features like Flows, Activities, User Interface, Flow Actions, Agents, SLA, Correspondence, Single-Sign-On, External Authentication, PRPC Security, Reports, Listeners (File, MQ), Connectors and SOAP Services etc.Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with application quality. Responsible for quality code, UI and following corporate standards, including review alert logs and PAL.Demonstrated leadership abilitiesAbility to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization
