We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can help us continue to grow and reach our audiences effectively. Experience in generating leads for B2B markets, both domestic and international, is critical.
Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage paid marketing campaigns across various digital platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other pertinent channels.
Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on insights to achieve lead generation and ROI goals.
Manage budgets and allocate spending across campaigns efficiently to maximize campaign results and profitability.
Collaborate with other marketing and product teams to align campaigns with broader marketing strategies and company goals.
Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition (e.g., online advertising, direct mail, out of home, affiliate) and conversion rate optimization.
Conduct and present competitive analyses and market research. Propose differentiated marketing strategies based on analysis.
Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for the marketing team and senior management.
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies, including updates on attribution, latest tools, and technologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
4-5 years of experience in digital marketing, particularly with performance-based and direct response campaigns.
Strong understanding of existing and emerging digital marketing platforms and tools.
Experience managing PPC, SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and social media advertising.
Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth work environment.
Hands-on experience with analytics and A/B testing tools.
