Inviting applications for the role Assist Manager , Procurement MIS Reporting
Total Experience of 5-11 years, with exposure with BPO industry and MIS Reporting, Spend Analysis, Power BI & Analytics.
• Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Customer Service Skills – Telephone / Email
• Basic Knowledge of MS Office Applications like Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Good Understanding of Supply chain is advantage
• Good Keyboard Skills
• Awareness of Power Bi Governance is added advantage
Responsibilities
• Business knowledge and day to day understanding Sourcing and Procurement activities.
a) Create cost estimates and forecasts.
b) Analyze market and delivery systems.
c) Evaluate and analyze spending operations.
d) Analyzing and evaluating supplier performance
e) Determine inventory levels of products.
• Knowledge of Power BI/ Data Analytics
• Knowledge of SQL,DATA Modeling and Analysis
• Knowledge of ETL,Stake holder Management,
• Should Create a Meaningful Dashboard and Data connectivity in Excel.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Optimize the performance of Power BI reports and dashboards, including data refresh and query performance.
• Collaborate with other teams, such as business analysts, data engineers, and IT support, to ensure smooth communication and alignment on reporting requirements.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI, including report and dashboard development, data modeling, and DAX language.
• Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation.
• Experience in data integration and ETL processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights.
• Knowledge of data visualization best practices.
• Familiarity with data governance and security practices.
• Experience in training and supporting end-users in Power BI.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
• Graduation (in any subject area)
• Relevant work experience in a sourcing role preferably with indirect services experience
• Business knowledge and day to day understanding Sourcing and Procurement activities
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Strong analytics skills
Preferred qualifications
• Strong customer-centric focus, relationship management with key partners, persuasive, negotiating, proactive and can-do attitude a must
• Good command of MS Office Tools (i.e. excel, ppt)
• Exposure to ERP systems (Oracle / SAP / Ariba /Coupa/ Emptoris any other S&P tools is positive)
