Devops Lead

Key Responsibilities :
- Developand implement DevOps best practices and methodologies to improvethe software delivery lifecycle and operationalefficiency.
- Design build and maintain oursoftware development and deployment infrastructure to ensurecontinuous integration and delivery of softwareproducts.
- Develop and maintain automated buildtest and deployment pipelines using tools like Jenkins TravisCI orCircleCI.
- Develop and maintain infrastructureas code using tools like Terraform Ansible orPuppet.
- Design and implement monitoring andlogging solutions to ensure system health availability andperformance.
- Ensure system security complianceand data privacy requirements are met.
- Developand maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans toensure system availability andreliability.
- Optimize and tune our softwaredevelopment and deployment infrastructure for performancescalability and costefficiency.
- Troubleshootand debug issues with our software development and deploymentinfrastructure to ensure they are functioningcorrectly.
- Ensure proper version control andrelease management processes are inplace.
- Mentor and coach other DevOps engineerson DevOps principles best practices andtechnologies.
- Participate in code reviews andcontribute to the overall software development process to improvesoftware quality.
- Stay uptodate with the latestDevOps techniques tools and technologies to ensure our softwaredevelopment and deployment infrastructure is modern scalable andmaintainable.
- Collaborate with softwaredevelopers product owners and IT operations to continuously improveour development workflows and deploymentprocesses.
Qualificationand Expected SkillSet:
- Bachelorsor Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering orrelated field.
- Relevant certifications such asAWS Certified DevOps Engineer Certified Kubernetes Administrator(CKA) Certified Jenkins Engineer etc would be considered aplus.
- Setup implementation and support oftechnological solutions
- Setup CI/CD pipelinefor production deploys
- Good Jenkins experiencemanaging and writing pipelines
- Experience withontainers specifically Docker
- Goodunderstanding of Linux and Windows operatingsystems.
- Experience with Kubernetes is aplus
- Experience managing artifacts(Artifactory) is a plus
- Develop and improve ourmonitoring and alerting systems
- Create andmaintain infrastructure as code configurations to setup our cloudenvironments on AWS/GCP/Azure
- Implementmethodologies and procedures to ensure our systems are resilientand can automatically recover from failure with minimal to nointervention
- Engage in communications acrossall relevant departments of theorganization
