Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced and motivated leader for a fast-growing, innovative HealthTech company. As DevOps leader, you will manage the DevOps team's delivery of infrastructure, security, CI/CD, internal tooling, and monitoring systems in consultation with our software teams.

The DevOps leader will manage all AWS infrastructure and 3rd party services/saas.

Responsibilities will include delivering scalable, resilient, and cost-effective architecture and building a team of first-class professionals by guiding and leading, planning career paths, and improving the hiring process.

Experience required : 8+ years

Job Location : Greater Noida

You are a good fit if You :

- Have worked on AWS for 6+ years

- Understand AWS services like lamdas, step functions, S3, Security Manager, VPC, VPNs

- Have a working exp on EKS with multiple environments including production

- Have worked with monitoring and alerting SaaS like new-relic, pager duty

- Have managed/mentored a team of 4+ DevOps engineers

- Have run projects related to cost, RI, spot instances

What you'll do?

- Lead a team of DevOps engineers and DBAs to help setup product builds, Continuous Integration setup, manage and monitor build delivery to all environments

- Establish the process and be the process champion for the end-to-end Development-Operationalization process

- Create, manage & own automation tools & scripts, configuration management of platform technologies

- Monitor Continuous Integration build systems and proactively debug issues working with dev teams

- Plan the deployment in conjunction with change and knowledge management and configuration management

- Work closely with the development team to leverage the existing frameworks and tools to improve build system productivity.

- Operationalize monitoring and uptime of all environments

- Provide software infra support to make sure that our SaaS applications are available to the customers meeting our SLAs

- Help improve end-to-end DevOps processes

- Record & report metrics for deployment & uptime to executive management

- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

- Proven success as a technical team leader

- You are a good mentor & coach

- You possess good communication skills


- Experience using an array of automation tools.

- Familiarity with software security methods.

- Demonstrated experience using a wide variety of coding languages.

- Curious, discerning envelope pusher.

- Top-notch decision-making and collaborative abilities.
