OverviewTresVista is looking to hire a Vice President in its Data Intelligence Group team, who will be primarily responsible for managing clients as well as monitoring project execution both for the clients as well as internal teams. The Vice President would be working on AI/ML project efforts for our clients. We are seeking a highly skilled Gen AI developer having expertise in various LLM implementations who will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining artificial intelligence solutions that will greatly enhance our products and services. The Vice President would be joining the current team of 40, which is a mix of Data Engineers, Data Visualization Experts, Data Scientists, ML Engineers and Front-end developers.

Key Responsibilities Developing and implementing generative AI models and algorithmsDesigning and Developing Architecture Platforms supporting Gen AI applications and featuresDesigning and optimizing neural networks for generative tasks, including image synthesis, text generation, and audio generationImplementing LLM models for various AI applications.Conducting research and staying updated with the latest advancements in the field of AIPreparing and cleaning datasets for training modelsOptimizing and refining AI/LLM models for improved performance and accuracyTesting and validating models to ensure their functionality and effectivenesss

PrerequisitesProficient in at least one of the Programming languages (i.e., Python, Java) and frameworksStrong understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts and techniquesIn depth understanding of major LLMs which are provided by the leading AI firmsExperience in creating ML models, working with Neutral Network, Deep Learning (CNN/RNN, BERT), Generative AI, Natural Language ProcessingExperience with AI algorithms such as decision trees, random forests, and KNNWorking experience in cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP)Strong analytical problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skillsStakeholder Management and client communication experience would be preferred
