Position : Associate Manager, Business Finance

Responsibilities :Project finance business cases, accounting and project managementReview of Financial Reports in compliance with Audit requirementsProvide accurate and timely information to the Management for decision making purposesReview of Financial Terms and Conditions and budgets for New Grant AgreementsReview of sub-grant agreements to partnersManagement of receivablesMaintaining overall grants statements and provide required information to be presented in financials and undertake other jobs assigned from time to timeStrong knowledge of accounting, in-depth knowledge of accounting standards and reporting requirements including IFRSLiaison with Donor, Internal and External AuditorsWork closely with Business Development Unit and highlighting important issues which need special attention

Skills/ Qualfications :CA/ MBA with 5-7 years experience in project finance and other relevant finance disciplinesStrong people management skills including team leadership and stakeholder managementAbility to deliver analytical outputs in order to address stakeholders’ varying needsResults oriented and with keen eye for detailsStrong communication skills and ability to translate numbers into actionable insights Strong interpersonal skills.Demonstrated expertise in written and oral communications in English.Knowledge of any local/regional language may be an added advantage.Discipline to meet institutional policies and procedures, and set quality standards
