Position : Associate Manager, Business Finance
Company : Global Non-Profit Organization
Location : Hyderabad
Responsibilities :
- Project finance business cases, accounting and project management
- Review of Financial Reports in compliance with Audit requirements
- Provide accurate and timely information to the Management for decision making purposes
- Review of Financial Terms and Conditions and budgets for New Grant Agreements
- Review of sub-grant agreements to partners
- Management of receivables
- Maintaining overall grants statements and provide required information to be presented in financials and undertake other jobs assigned from time to time
- Strong knowledge of accounting, in-depth knowledge of accounting standards and reporting requirements including IFRS
- Liaison with Donor, Internal and External Auditors
- Work closely with Business Development Unit and highlighting important issues which need special attention
Skills/ Qualfications :
- CA/ MBA with 5-7 years experience in project finance and other relevant finance disciplines
- Strong people management skills including team leadership and stakeholder management
- Ability to deliver analytical outputs in order to address stakeholders’ varying needs
- Results oriented and with keen eye for details
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate numbers into actionable insights Strong interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in written and oral communications in English.
- Knowledge of any local/regional language may be an added advantage.
- Discipline to meet institutional policies and procedures, and set quality standards
