- Job Title: WORKDAY FUNCTIONAL PAYROLL Consultant
- Experience Required: 3-8 years
- Location: Hyderabad
- Job Responsibilities:
- Candidate must be certified and experienced in the functional Payroll module of Workday.
- Work includes handling critical incidents on Payroll module and related concepts.
- Responsible for resolving Payroll issues by analyzing and creating calculation logics as per business need.
- Participation in full lifecycle of a project including requirement gathering, business analysis, system configuration, design and testing.
- Involved in requirement gatherings for new enhancements and proposing process enhancement ideas.
- Support deployment activities including involvement in implementation and hyper care related activities.
- Expected to have experience on HCM related topics for support incidents, good understanding in Time & Absence and its configuration, hire to Retire Business Process, supervisory organization and related module setups.
- Must have good understanding and expertise on configuration, impact and assessment of business process changes.
- Should understand EIB loads and data conversion.
- Experience in handling all business process related issues, including configuring the documents by creating text blocks/BIRT, notifications, alerts and Dashboards.
- Responsible for handling security issues.
- Experience in Reporting (Advanced, Matrix and Composite reports) mainly on payroll reporting is an added advantage.
- Must have experience in Payroll related Dashboards and Discovery Boards and Reporting oriented visual creation based on client requirements.
