Job Description:

The Workday Functional Consultant will be responsible for handling Workday Compensation and Benefits application issues, data discrepancies, system enhancements, and improving user experience. The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of experience in HR systems, exposure to Talent, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, and Core HCM. They will collaborate closely with Compensation & Benefits teams to ensure seamless integration with Payroll operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, including working with formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
