Job Purpose -
To assist the manager in all the HR activity and meeting the department ‘s assigned targets. Also, to organize, initiate & implementation of Performance Appraisal & Compensation for NMC, Poornata (WFA Module), engagement of Apprentice, employee wellness, onboarding and exit process for effective and smooth functioning of the system.
Principal Accountabilities Accountability Supporting Actions
1. On Boarding / Exit Process
Ensure all joining formalities like PF, ESI, Mediclaim coverage, punching card, uniform, bank account etc.
Issuing appointment letters, and conducting induction training.
Handling retirement and resignation processes, and facilitating online separation for MCEs.
Execute No dues / clearance activity/ Organize exit interview / prepare experience & other certificates
2. Confirmation Process
Ensure the MC employees confirmation process routed through Poornata & deliver confirmation letter to concern in time
Prepare & send appraisal form for NMC cadre to concern HOD for performance assessment.
Obtain approval from Management for confirmation and prepare the service confirmation letter and deliver to concern in time
3. Hiring and engagement of Apprentice
Mapping of need assessment adhering as per the provision of Apprenticeship Act.
Sourcing candidate Online- NCTVT Portal by notification of vacancy.
Screening, shortlisting and conducting personal interview of the candidates.
Obtaining management approval, and issuing offer letters to selected candidates.
Generate online contract via NCTVT Portal.
Conducting periodic assessments of apprentices to identify future potential.
4. PMS, Compensation & Benefit for NMC
Forms preparation & distribution for NMC appraisals
Preparation of NMC proposal including recommendations for Promotion, Salary corrections etc.
Conduct simulations & data management for increment Grid preparation.
ACR: Detailed CTC preparations & data checking.
Drafting and distributing ACR letters.
Communicating revised salary information to the payroll department
5. POORNATA (WFA Module)
Managing employee data in the Poornata HR system, including creating IDs, updating information, and ensuring accuracy.
Registering changes in personal information, taking corrective actions for organizational updates, and removing resigned employees.
Conducting monthly audits to ensure data accuracy.
6. HR MIS & Maintain personal Files
Gathering and organizing HR MIS data and creating HR dashboards.
Preparing and submitting monthly CHRO dashboards, as well as weekly recruitment and confirmation trackers.
Entails maintaining and updating employee records regularly and ensuring proper maintenance of all necessary documents in personal files.
7. Employee Wellness
Coordinating with employees to review dependent details before policy renewal and ensuring timely renewal of various insurance policies like Mediclaim, Nishchint, Sunishchint, and GPA through collaboration with Finance & Accounts (F&A) and ABIL.
