RESPONSIBILITIES
Well versedin ControlM Server/EM/Agents/application plugins configuration andinstallation.
Expertise in ControlM productadministration and job scheduling
Study and implementnew design and solution for integrating ControlM with other toolsand
documenting it.
Well versed and strong inscripting (Shell Scripting Python Ansible Java Nodejs andPowerShell) and ADO CI/CD pipeline.
Study and validatenew versions of ControlM patches and plugins released by the vendorand validate the new features to mitigate any existing risk orenhance the application.
Should be well versed withmaintain and running the software that supports the schedulingsystem which includes installation upgrades configurationmaintenance and control of the scheduling softwaressecurity.
Well versed in ControlM AAPI to automatesolutions using them and document it.
Provide design andplan for ControlM migration upgrade new plugins commission /decommission etc for the SRE team to implement.
Responsible to study and implement new design and solution forintegrating ControlM with other tools and documentingit.
Experience in integrating ControlM with tools likeService Now ITOM ServiceNow OneVault ADO
Create andmaintain detailed implementation plan test plan andreport.
Create/update new matrix for any new rolesdefined for the environment and own the Security Matrix.
Ensuring proper documentation for work performed
Management of robust SOPs training communication
Automate BAU tasks for the ControlM SRE and WO team and help inreducing the manual toil invested
in the repetitivetasks.
Well versed in ControlM AAPI to automatesolutions using them and document it for the other teamsto
refer and follow.
Strong scripting skillsin UNIX Shell PowerShell Python Windows Batch Perl
Wellversed in scripting (Shell Scripting Python Ansible) and ADO CI/CDpipeline.
Capable of developing scripts programs forautomation and integration with other systems and tools in thebank
Provide technical and mentoring SME knowledgesupport to the wider EBM Team on scripting/coding
Participating in code reviews troubleshooting issues and root causeanalysis as an SME
Works closely with team members ontesting upgrades and configuration of ControlM system andservices
Develop and maintain ControlMSolutions/frameworks to be used by the wider EBM team and byControlM endusers
Work on ControlM batch solutions forintegration with DevOps Framework
Work with BusinessCustomers Section Managers Project Managers Business Analysts andSubject Matter Experts in a professional and collaborative mannerto define strategies and implementation approaches
Diagnose and debug issues in existing ControlM environments andsolutions and recommend enhancements
