Over the past 8 years we haveimproved foundational learning outcomes of 850000 children andclassroom processes of 250000 teachers and teacher educators across8 states. LLF currently works with 8 state governments across thecountry. To know more about the organisation clickhere.PositionSummaryLLF is looking for anindividual with excellent skills experience and knowledge inmonitoring and evaluation skills related to largescale schooleducationbased interventions. The person will be responsible forleading the M&E efforts of the organization across the Stateswhere LLF works. The person will also be responsible for leadingthe M&E team while reporting to the ExecutiveDirector.KeyResponsibilitiesWilllead the overall M&E initiatives of the organization whilemanaging other team members in theunit.
Createand implement policies for effective data management by developingprotocols for data collection analysis interpretation sharing data.Formulate techniques for quality data collection to ensure adequacyaccuracy and legitimacy ofdata.
Coordinatethe development of tools for literacy assessments and classroomobservation tools and create protocols for data management/analysisof suchdata.
Reviseand review the theory of change logic models and design indicatorframeworks for ensuring data collection andusage.
Assistin donor reporting by including quality monitoring and learningoutcomes data of the program in reportingstructures.
Settingup and maintaining a database for monitoring the progress of theprogram and itsImplementation.
Liaisonwith the technology partners to build data collection and analysismechanisms for the program such as the classroom observationapp.
Assistwith reports and data extraction when needed and supportdocumentation for data management system in electronic formaccessible to relevantteams
Developingstudent assessment frameworks analysis of assessment findings andwritingreports
Interactwith the field teams to resolve queries interpret and analyze datafor usage inprograms.
Supportin the development and coordination of internal process studiesevaluations research studies as a part of theprogram.Qualifications Skills andExperienceAMasters degree or equivalent in the relevant field of education isrequired
The overallexperience of 15 years with at least 10 years of core M&Efunction; management and utilization of program data (preferablyeducationrelatedprogram)
Excellentunderstanding of data administration and management functions(collection analysis interpretation presentationetc.)
Proficientin MS Office excel in particular along with Stata SPSSetc.
An analytical mindsetwith problemsolvingskills
Excellentcommunication and presentation skills; and fluency in English andHindi
Stronginterpersonal and collaboration skills with experience in building& managingrelationships
Priorwork experience in the education/development sector is amust.
