We're Hiring – Brand Manager

Location: Bangalore

Type: Full-time

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Brand Manager to lead the growth, positioning, and storytelling of our brand. This role will drive integrated marketing strategies, manage campaigns, build collaborations, and ensure a consistent brand voice across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute brand strategies to drive awareness, engagement & sales

Plan and oversee marketing campaigns across digital, print, retail & events

Ensure brand consistency in visuals, communication, and customer experience

Lead collaborations, partnerships, and influencer/PR initiatives

Manage content creation across social media, website, newsletters & offline collateral

Conduct market research, track competitors & identify new opportunities

Work with product & sales teams on GTM strategies and promotions

Measure and analyze campaign performance (ROI on marketing spend)

Lead and mentor a marketing team to deliver impactful campaigns

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

3–5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles

Strong understanding of digital marketing, PR, and retail branding

Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills

Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills

Experience managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
