Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential B2C and B2B clients.

Sales & Customer Engagement:

  • Conduct client needs assessments to provide tailored solar energy/roofing solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate solar products/services confidently to potential customers.
  • Prepare persuasive sales proposals, conduct negotiations, and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain long-term customer relationships by ensuring excellent post-sales support and service.

Market Analysis & Reporting:

  • Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and actionable market insights to management.
  • Contribute to business growth strategies by collaborating on marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Collaboration & Teamwork:

  • Work closely with project execution, installation, and operations teams for seamless project delivery.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional initiatives.
