RDS- Remote Desktop Support


Job Description:

4+ years of service desk experience.

1. Extensive experience in PC troubleshooting and has technical support experience in Windows environment.

2. Troubleshooting browser issues , VPN clients ,Internet issues (Wired & Wireless),Outlook issues ,other OS related troubleshooting

3. Experience in troubleshooting Bit locker issues.

4. Configuring and troubleshooting of Desktop/Laptops for L1, L2.

5. Configuring Printer, shared drive mapping.

6. Installing software on the client systems.

7. Should be ready for 24/7 shift.

8. Installing and configuring hardware peripherals.

9. Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems

10. VPN Connectivity and TCP/IP LAN networks

11. Software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting for end users.

12. Experience in resolving application problems and network problems and mail configurations through remote desktop sharing.

13. Providing timely and accurate customer feedback.

14. Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem.

15. Providing technical support, including identifying problem incidents with their subsequent resolutions

16. Creating Profiles to users for customizing desktop settings.

17. Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to speak and understand US customers.

18. Good probing skills to quickly get to the root of their problem.
