The successful candidate will be working with fellow business analysts, developers, testing teams, and a range of business stakeholders in an Agile environment, helping to deliver the best customer experience for our global client base.Primary Responsibilities (not limited to)10+Years of xeperienceCreating logical and innovative solutions to complex business objectives with a focus on customer experienceWriting business requirements documentation in user story format along with use cases for new feature requestsManaging and mentoring junior Business Analysts in a scrum environment to ensure they adhere to high customer experience standardsWorking with technical development and testing counterparts, as well as with non-technical business stakeholders and UX Designers to ensure end user satisfaction in an Agile environmentProviding demos to large groups of business stakeholdersConducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Obtaining company sponsored certification(s)RequirementsEssential:
Extensive experience writing User Stories and business requirementsExtensive experience with designing and implementing customer facing featuresProficient experience with Jira and Confluence in an Agile/Scrum environmentStrong analytical skills with the capability to evaluate business objectives and design innovative solutionsStrong attention to detail and collaboration skillsFluent English written and communication skillsExperience with Salesforce CRM and RESTful APIs preferredAt least 10 years’ experience as a Business AnalystPreferred:
