We're Hiring: Senior R&D Scientist – Food Ingredients

Location: Manesar, India

Are you a food innovation expert ready to redefine what functional food can be?

We're looking for a Senior R&D Scientist with a strong academic foundation and hands-on industry expertise to lead our innovation in food ingredients. If you're passionate about gut health, clean-label ingredients, and zero-calorie formulations -we want to hear from you

What You'll Do:

  • Lead end-to-end R&D efforts for functional food ingredients and formulations
  • Drive innovation in zero-calorie, gut-health-friendly, and plant-based product development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, regulatory, and marketing
  • Stay on top of ingredient trends and scientific advancements
  • Mentor junior R&D talent and foster a culture of curiosity and experimentation

What You Bring:

  • Ph.D. in Food Science / Food Technology / Chemistry or related field (reputed university)
  • 10+ years in the food & beverage industry, with deep experience in food ingredients
  • Expertise in natural sweeteners, probiotics, prebiotics, and clean-label formulations
  • Strong problem-solving, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards (FSSAI/FDA/EFSA)
