At the Centre for Technology, Finance & Entrepreneurship (CTFE), we are committed to empowering students and professionals by bridging the gap between academic knowledge and the real-world demands of the job market. Led by alumni from London School of Economics UK, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan and KPMG with work experience across UK, India, South-East Asia, and Australia, we provide career-oriented certificate programs with integrated project training experiences. Our participants in various programs have included students studying at IITs, IIMs, CFA candidates and banking professionals.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Chartered Accountant (CA) Intern to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in compliance-related tasks, including drafting, filings and documentation.
Assist in preparing and maintaining statutory registers and records as required under the Companies Act.
Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
Assist in preparing accounting policies and procedures, conducting financial analysis and research.
Assist in setting up, managing and updating accounting records and databases.
Support the team in ad-hoc projects and tasks related to finance, accounting, compliance and business related matters, as needed.
Qualifications
Pursuing or recently completed CA qualification.
Strong understanding of company related compliances, accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in Excel.
Excellent attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior internship or work experience in compliance, accounting or finance is a plus.
