Job Description:

We seek a Chartered Accountant to oversee our financial operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, compliance with Tax laws, and effective budget management.


Key Responsibilities· Conducting RERA audits and making sure that clients are compliant with MAHA-RERA certifications.· Prepare accurate financial statements, reports/MIS, and books of accounts up to audit closure, ensuringcompliance with accounting principles.· Managing compliances such as GST, TDS, IT, PT, ESIC, ROC, etc.· Acting as a liaison between clients and the firm to ensure effective communication.· Prepare and file tax returns, and advise on tax planning and compliance.· Reviewing and ensuring compliance with statutory laws and financial regulations.· Preparing and managing the organization's budget and tracking actual expenditures and variances periodically.· Analyze financial data and market trends to identify business opportunities and optimize profitability.· Communicate with stakeholders to explain financial performance and strategies.· Develop and maintain relationships with external contacts such as promoters and statutory organizations.


Qualifications:

  • A Chartered Accountant (CA) possessing or willing to obtain a Certificate of Practice is required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and taxation, with a strong focus on audits and compliance.
  • Proficient in financial reporting, tax planning, and regulatory compliance.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership qualities and the ability to manage a team effectively in day-to-day operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and accounting software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  • Committed to professional ethics, integrity, and continuous improvement.
  • Prior experience with guiding, motivating, and managing a team/juniors/client staff in their day-to-day operations.
