Responsibilities:
- Demonstrated success in business development within the B2B sector with a preference for experience in the Tech Services or Staffing industries.- Proven ability to generate leads and attract potential clients.- Proficient in setting up meetings with prospective clients and maintaining engagement throughout the client acquisition process.- Consistently maintains client engagement from initial contact to the successful completion of the search.(B2B sales Lifecycle).- Utilizes various communication channels, including email, phone, LinkedIn, etc., to reach out to clients, establish connections, and foster ongoing relationships.- Collaborates with the team to analyze market trends and devises innovative strategies to attract new clients.

- Strong english communication (written and verbal)- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills- Proactive and self driven- Lead Generation /Demand generation- Performance oriented
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of experience as a client success executive/business development executive- Master's degree is Mandatory
