This role requires expertise inLife Sciences CloudandExperience Cloud , along with the ability to collaborate with client stakeholders and onshore architects.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadtechnical architecture and solution design discussionswith clients and onshore teams.Define and oversee the implementation ofSalesforce solutionsaligned with business goals in the Life Sciences & Healthcare domain.Providetechnical guidance and oversightto development teams during project execution.Ensure adherence toSalesforce best practices, standards, and governance .Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.Support integration of Salesforce with external systems and platforms within the LSHC ecosystem.Conductcode reviews, performance tuning, and solution validationto ensure high-quality delivery.Required Skills & Experience9–12 years of overall Salesforce experience , with at least 3+ years as anArchitect .Strong expertise inSalesforce Life Sciences CloudandExperience Cloud .Proven ability to leadend-to-end solutioning and architecture discussions .Experience working in theLife Sciences & Healthcare industry(mandatory).Hands-on expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.Solid knowledge ofSalesforce best practices, design patterns, and security models .Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Nice to HaveSalesforceArchitect-level certifications(Application/System Architect, CTA).Prior experience inpatient services, pharma, or healthcare-related processes .Knowledge ofAgile/Scrum methodology .How to ApplySend your CV
