We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Associate to help in driving category programs on Google & META platforms. You will be a part of Amazon’s online marketing team, own advertising on Google & META for Softlines + Beauty retail product categories. The team is looking for top notch marketer who can create well structured campaigns, conduct A/B tests, and optimize performance over time against a clear set of performance goals. To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in creating online marketing campaigns, A/B testing and excel in execution. Furthermore, you will be highly innovative and comfortable driving new programs from conception through execution in an ambiguous and fast paced environment. You will work with functions that cut across the organization including technology, finance and retail category to drive a great customer experience.

The ideal candidate will be able to:

- Set-up campaigns on Google & META ads manager- Optimize the campaigns to meet ROI goals & manage weekly / monthly budgets- Create performance reports & present to mid-level senior stakeholders on weekly / monthly basis- Design and carry out well-structured experiments (including tracking, measuring, and reporting)

We are looking for someone who will exhibit strong analytical skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative climate. The successful candidate will be highly analytical and detail-oriented, possess good communication and writing skills and be comfortable in taking necessary action with minimal supervision. Candidates must demonstrate a superior track record for creative problem solving and strategic thinking. Requirements include a minimum of 6-8 years of marketing experience in online or software industries with a heavy bias towards online advertising, social media and e-commerce environments.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelors degree from Tier 1 / Tier 2 college- Speak, write, and read fluently in English- Experience with Excel & SQL

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- MBA from Tier 2 college- Prior marketing experience of 2-3 years- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications- Experience with Google adwords & Facebook ads manager
