**About the Role**

As a Performance Marketing Associate, you will contribute to the success of our marketing initiatives and play a key role in driving business growth. If you are passionate about leveraging data-driven strategies to optimize marketing campaigns and drive measurable results, we want to hear from you

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Ensuring successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels
- Utilize analytics tools to generate regular performance reports, providing insights into key metrics, conversion rates, and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate results and suggest strategies for optimization.
- Assist in developing and managing marketing budgets for paid advertising campaigns and managing ROAS.
- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for increased traffic and improved targeting.
- Stay informed about industry trends and changes in search engine algorithms.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and creative assets that align with brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience.
- Implement A/B testing strategies to experiment with ad creatives, targeting options, and other variables to enhance campaign performance.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing to ensure the company remains at the forefront of digital marketing innovation.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns, with a focus on performance marketing.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other relevant platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
- Comfortable with ad spending budgets upto 20L per month.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Okhla, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
