Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Call Center Operations Manager at SignAble Communications. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the call center, ensuring customer satisfaction and providing high-quality services. They will also be involved in workforce management, operational efficiency, and maintaining performance metrics. This role is located in Bengaluru with flexibility for remote work.
