Responsibilities: Content Acquisition Music & Video: Drive entire content acquisitions plan for Music & Video Develop and execute an effective content acquisition strategy to meet business objectives and revenue targets. Identify and evaluate potential content partners, negotiate licensing agreements, and secure rights for all verticals of Hungama – OTT, DTH, Partner Platforms. Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging content opportunities. Analyse content consumption patterns and audience preferences to identify gaps and opportunities in the content portfolio. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with content owners and creators. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align content acquisition strategies with client requirements and business goals. Hungama Originals - Music & Video: Responsible for the roll out of all Hungama Originals Budgeting Release Cycle Syndication Content Operations - Music & Video: Responsible for the entire operations Team Ingestion QC Rights Management Metadata Distribution Content Syndication Music & Video: Drive entire content syndication plan for Music & Video Distribution deals with other streaming platforms In Flight Domestic & International Territories syndication of Hungama Originals & Bollywood Hungama

Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and mentor a team, providing guidance, support, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, legal, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of content acquisition initiatives.

Skills and Experience: Minimum 15+ years of work exp. in Content Acquisition and Content Syndication in both Music and Video. Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and metadata practices Analytical skills for content performance metrics and reporting Strong project management and collaboration skills Legal and regulatory understanding related to content licensing Negotiation and partnership management experience Strategic vision and adaptability to content trends Leadership and team management capabilities About Hungama Digital Media Entertainment Hungama is one of the leading digital entertainment company in South Asia founded since 25 years.
