Job Description:

We are a growing company working on multiple short-term and long-term client projects. We're looking for a
Technical Project Manager
who can independently manage end-to-end project delivery, coordinate with internal teams, communicate directly with clients, and ensure quality and timely execution — including handling enhancements and change requests.

This role requires strong communication skills and a technical mindset to understand the development/testing process and catch issues early.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in project or delivery management roles.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA/testing basics.
  • Experience in requirement gathering and client-facing communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
  • Familiarity with tools like Trello, Jira, Notion, or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Background in tech, engineering, or software-related fields preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage 3–5 small-scale client projects concurrently from kickoff to closure.
  • Act as the single point of contact between clients and the internal team.
  • Understand technical requirements and workflows to better support developers and testers.
  • Participate in technical discussions and ensure correct implementation of features.
  • Monitor development and testing progress to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Manage enhancements, bugs, and change requests post-launch.
  • Lead all project calls and ensure proper documentation and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate resources, create timelines, and manage scope and risks.
  • Ensure deliverables meet client expectations and internal quality standards.
  • Track performance metrics and project health; report regularly to leadership.
