Technical Project Manager with ERP

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate our ERP projects offshore. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of managing ERP teams and projects, with hands-on experience in at least one ERP tool. Prior experience in managing Kronos projects will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as Scrum Master / TPM for ERP and related integration projects.
- Manage project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of ERP initiatives.
- Drive sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
- Track project progress, risks, and issues across the team.
- Ensure proper documentation, communication, and coordination with onsite stakeholders.
- Identify process improvements and enforce Agile best practices.
- Manage Kronos implementation or support activities (if applicable).
- Report on team velocity, project health, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of overall IT experience with at least 4 years in project management or Scrum Master roles.
- Hands-on experience with at least one ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.).
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and practices.
- Familiarity with Kronos WFM / HCM solutions is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) or PMP is preferred.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with data migration or data warehouse projects.
- Exposure to tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Ability to manage geographically distributed teams.
