Role Overview:

The Technical Project Manager ERP leads and manages the planning, execution, and delivery of ERP projects (e.g., SAP, Workday, PeopleSoft, Kronos). This includes coordination with cross-functional teams, aligning technical solutions with business goals, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute full-cycle ERP implementation projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
- Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders for seamless project delivery.
- Oversee risk management, troubleshoot issues, and craft mitigation plans.
- Ensure clear communication with clients, project teams, and executives regarding project status and milestones.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and report regularly on progress.
- Drive user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management throughout the ERP rollout.
- Monitor post-implementation performance and manage upgrades or enhancements as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or similar field (Master’s or PMP certification preferred).
- Proven experience managing ERP projects and technical teams.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major ERP platform (e.g., SAP, Workday, PeopleSoft, Kronos).
