Role Overview
Join A-THON as a Business Growth Intern, where you'll gain hands-on experience in customer engagement, digital marketing, and sales strategies. This 6-month internship will allow you to collaborate with dynamic teams and work on tools like Gallabox, CRM, enhancing customer communication in the automobile manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & CRM Management:
o Manage and optimize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track leads, customer interactions, and sales performance.
o Utilize Gallabox to streamline customer communication, ensuring timely and effective engagement.
o Analyse data to identify trends, track customer lifecycle, and improve customer satisfaction.
Marketing Campaigns:
o Assist in designing and executing creative marketing campaigns tailored to the luxury market.
o Develop digital marketing content for social media, email campaigns, and WhatsApp outreach using Spur.
o Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to recommend improvements.
Sales Strategy & Support:
o Identify potential market opportunities and conduct research on competitors and industry trends.
o Support the sales team in creating customized customer presentations and proposals.
o Contribute to developing sales strategies and fostering customer relationships for long-term success.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
o Analyse customer and sales data to assess campaign impact and identify growth opportunities.
o Present data-driven insights to improve decision-making and refine marketing and sales strategies.
Qualifications
Education:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
Skills:
o Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
o Interest in digital marketing, CRM management, and sales.
o Proficiency in tools like CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital marketing software.
o Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a willingness to learn.
