About Kirana Club

Kirana Club is building the LinkedIn for Kiranas. We're a dynamic platform connecting over 2 million Kiranas with FMCG brands, fostering collaboration and growth. Our mission is to empower Kiranas with the tools and information they need to thrive while providing brands with a direct digital channel to engage their customers, the Kiranas.

We work with brands like Mondelez, P&G, Coke, Marico, Godrej, Colgate, Adani Wilmar and others.


What You'll Do

  • Client Partnership: Build and nurture strong relationships with FMCG brands, understanding their objectives and challenges.
  • Campaign Strategist: Develop innovative brand campaigns on Kirana Club, leveraging our unique platform to deliver measurable results
  • Solutions-Oriented: Identify client needs and craft tailored solutions that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales for the brand
  • Revenue Growth: Proactively identify opportunities to expand revenue within existing brand accounts through upselling and cross-selling
  • Campaign Execution: Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, from planning and creative development to implementation and optimization
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze campaign performance data, providing actionable insights to clients and internal teams to continuously improve results


Who We're Looking For:

  • Experienced Marketer: 3-5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or advertising, preferably within the FMCG or retail sectors
  • Client-Focused: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to manage client expectations and deliver exceptional service.
  • Creative Thinker: A passion for developing innovative and engaging brand campaigns that resonate with the Kirana audience.
  • Results-Oriented: Strong analytical skills and a focus on achieving measurable results for clients.
  • Collaborative: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design.
  • Self-Starter: Proactive, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
