Achieve assigned closing targets within defined timelines. Maintain strong relationships with corporate occupiers and retail brands. Support in process streamlining to enhance efficiency and faster deal closures. Candidate Requirement: Graduate/PG in Marketing/Sales. 5+ years’ experience in real estate/commercial sales closing (office & retail). Strong knowledge of commercial documentation, legal, and compliance processes. Excellent negotiation, client handling, and coordination skills.
