Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist potential candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Assist in onboarding and documentation processes.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
• Ensure a smooth recruitment process by following up on feedback and managing candidate expectations.
• Stay updated on industry hiring trends and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education:
   Any bachelor's degree.
• Communication Skills:
   Strong verbal and written communication.
• Interpersonal Skills:
   Good people-handling ability, active listening, and confidence.
• Soft Skills:
   Basic negotiation skills, time management, and adaptability.
• Technical Skills:
   Familiarity with MS Office and ability to learn recruitment tools quickly.
• Key Traits:
   Proactive, result-oriented, and willing to learn.
