Position Overview:

We are seeking a visionary Visual Designer to define and lead the visual identity of our brand across all digital platforms. This role requires a dynamic individual who can create compelling and cohesive user experiences, set and uphold high visual standards, and mentor a team of talented designers. If you have a strong aesthetic sense, a strategic mindset, and the ability to inspire and innovate, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and Maintain Visual and Brand Guidelines:

- Define, develop, and enforce comprehensive visual and brand guidelines that reflect our bold, innovative, and sophisticated brand personality.

- Ensure consistency in design language across all digital touchpoints, including websites, mobile apps, and marketing materials.

2. Design and Implement UI Systems:

- Lead the creation and evolution of our UI design systems, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the visual and functional integrity of the UI design is maintained during development.

3. Define and Manage Graphic Assets:

- Create and maintain a library of high-quality graphic assets, including icons, illustrations, and animations, that align with our brand identity.

- Continuously improve and innovate on visual assets to keep the brand fresh and engaging.

4. Mentorship and Team Collaboration:

- Provide mentorship, guidance, and constructive feedback to the junior UI & motion designers, fostering a culture of learning and growth.

- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Partner with product, marketing, and engineering teams to deliver cohesive and user-centered design solutions that meet business objectives.

- Advocate for and participate in user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.

Qualifications:

Experience:

- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Visual/UI design, with a proven track record of leading design projects and delivering high-quality digital products.

- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing design systems and guidelines.

Skills:

- Mastery of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, and other industry-standard software.

- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and best practices.

- Exceptional visual design skills with a keen eye for detail, typography, color theory, and layout.
