About the CEO:

Prashant holds dual master's degrees from prestigious institutions like MIT Sloan (USA, 2021) and ESSEC Business School (France, 2010). With 13+ years of experience as an edupreneur, he has mentored over 2000 students and mid-career professionals at different stages of their careers. He is also the founder of Alum-n-i, the world's largest international alumni community.

Recognized as a Forbes-featured International Education Expert, Prashant extends his influence beyond individuals, serving as a trusted advisor to numerous national and international organizations. He holds esteemed positions such as Board of Director for AIGAC USA, Governor on Board, GIBS Business School, Industry Advisor at the School of Artificial Intelligence, Bennett University, and as a Special Invitee to the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII).

About the Role:

Executive Assistant to the CEO

The role provides opportunities to take up diverse responsibilities ranging from contributing to business operations, collaborating with universities and different stakeholders, digital marketing and promotion, event planning and execution, etc. – depending on the capability of the candidate. Working directly with the Founder, the role comes with immense learning opportunity, but the incumbent should be prepared to take up the most basic tasks like making follow-up calls to more complex ones like helping with investor pitches.

Required skills:

1. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners etc.

3. Proficiency in Windows, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Good presentation skills will be an added advantage.

4. Ability to conduct research and present data in a succinct and well-written manner.

5. Ability to work independently and with professional discretion.

6. Excellent writing, editing, grammatical, organizational, and research skills.

7. Excellent management, time-management, and problem-solving skills.

Experience & Education:

1. Any bachelor’s or postgraduate degree

2. Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.

Work Location: Central Bangalore (Work from Office only)

CTC Range: INR 5 to 6 lakh per annum
