These values guide us in everything we do, and is reflected in our employees and the products we build together. 4+ years in a commercial legal role with the designation of senior associate in tier 2/3 law firms in the corporate advisory practice. Experience in technology laws and commercial contracts is a must. Key Responsibilities: - Experience in drafting, negotiating and closing SAAS agreements and other general commercial contracts. - Experience in legal research specifically in technology laws, AI and product research. - Ability to work in collaboration with R&D, product and data privacy teams on new products. - Experience in partnering with business teams and ability to provide practical, pro active and solution-oriented advice. - Candidate to have a strong grasp of commercial aspects of the business and strong communication skills. - Experience in independently driving and closing projects. - Ability to effectively delegate and manage the team. - Ability to learn and adapt to legal requirements of various jurisdictions. Requirements & Skills: - 4+ years of experience in legal research. - Prior experience as a Legal Associate or similar role within a finance or legal department is highly desirable. - Skilled in Team building & managing them efficiently.
